From the cabin in the woods (in Ensenada), we drove 80km to new accommodation in Puelo. What no one thought to mention was that 30km of this twisty mountain road was unmade. Still, we plodded on in Chrysler. The reason to get to Puelo was that we had an afternoon booked at the Termas del Sol. These are natural hot thermal waters in the forest, all outdoors. We had never been to anything like this before. The first pool was named 35 and the last one was named 42. There were 5 in between. Then we realised the numbers were the temperature of the water! We have been so lucky with the weather up to now and we were lucky again. Just after we got out there was a hailstorm!
