Yep, looks to be one or the other. They seem to be very similar (once considered subspecies) and are best identified by range. One reference I found said that Andean Negrito was usually found at higher altitudes than Austral (usually 2500 and up) and another said that Andean is identified by “slightly smaller size, slightly paler rufous back, whitish inner webs of remiges [flight feathers].”
I’ve no experience of either species (obviously) but I’d plump for Austral – seems to be the more widespread. Location and habitat/elevation would help.
