My experience in Argentina, Chile and now Uruguay is that when you order a glass of wine, the amount of wine delivered is variable, as is the standard of wine. Sometimes you win on both counts. Here, I at least achieved high points on quantity and indeed slept the rest of the afternoon off two glasses. Interestingly, having taken another look at this photo, it appears that the glass of wine is under the influence of some kind of gravitational pull or perhaps the people on the next table where using a wine magnet!
